"The nose is bubbly and layered, with notes of vanilla cherry cola, cherry candy and coffee. On the palate, mixed berries accentuate the enduring prominent cherry streak, but undertones of soil, spice, orange pith and more coffee provide balance. "Furba was the clever fox that stole our dinner during our fist stay at the winery. She is one of many creatures who live and thrive on this beautiful piece of land. “La Furba” is born from the idea of creating a wine capable of transmitting territoriality and pure fruit. The must is fermented with indigenous yeast and macerated for 6 months inside a coccio-pesto amphora.
